COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO)--After proving they were one of the best teams in 4A this year with a 16-3 record and runner-up state finish, the Vista Ridge Girls Flag Football program celebrated through the halls of the high school.
"Even if we didn’t win they still got our backs, they still support all of us, it means a lot," Junior Aubrey Leong said of the student and community support.
It was by far their best season in only their third year of the program's existence.
